We want you to love your shoes—and if they’re not quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. If it’s been 31–60 days, we’ll still accept returns for product defects or dissatisfaction, though return shipping will be at your expense.

To qualify, shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging. For anything damaged or defective, photo confirmation is required, and we often issue refunds or replacements without needing the shoes back.
