Can I exchange for a different size or style?Updated 22 days ago

Yes! If your shoes don’t fit quite right or you prefer a different color, we’re happy to help with a direct exchange—as long as it’s within 30 days and the item is still in stock.

You can set up your exchange by using our exchange center.

Please ensure the shoes are unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

You will need your order number and the email that was used to place the order to get started.  

Follow the prompts, and you’ll receive your return label or exchange confirmation. If you need help at any point, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to assist.
